Clippers Sign Patrick Baldwin Jr. and Seth Lundy to Two-Way Contracts

On March 2nd, the LA Clippers announced the signing of forward Patrick Baldwin Jr. and guard Seth Lundy to two-way contracts.

Baldwin was signed by the San Diego Clippers on February 17th from the player pool and has made an immediate impact, playing in five games and recording two double-doubles. He’s averaging 17.4 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 2.2 blocks per game with the San Diego Clippers. Baldwin was originally drafted by the Golden State Warriors in the 2022 NBA Draft, where he appeared in 13 games during his rookie season. Following that, he was traded to the Washington Wizards, playing 38 games (seven starts) and averaging 4.4 points and 3.2 rebounds in 13.0 minutes per game. This season, Baldwin appeared in 22 games with the Wizards before being traded to the San Antonio Spurs as part of a multi-team deal, only to be waived shortly after the trade.

Lundy joins the Clippers after spending two seasons with the Atlanta Hawks, who selected him with the 46th overall pick in the 2023 NBA Draft. He appeared in nine games with the Hawks and spent 12 games with their G League affiliate, the College Park Skyhawks, where he averaged 23.1 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 2.9 assists. Lundy played college basketball at Penn State University, where he averaged 10.5 points and 4.6 rebounds over 122 games during his four-year career.

The San Diego Clippers will look to get their fifth straight win tonight when they off against the South Bay Lakers tonight with tip-off scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at Frontwave Arena in Oceanside.
